Licensing Inquiry Form

This form is for anyone interested in licensing one or more of my existing designs for use on products such as apparel, stationery, packaging, home decor, and more. Please fill it out as thoroughly as possible so I can respond efficiently and provide all the details you need. If you’re using fabric purchased through my Spoonflower shop to make your own products, you don’t need a separate license.
